Flag of the Week

The kids are back in school and summer is drawing to a close. Although you couldn't tell by the temperatures.
But soon the temperatures will dip, and we'll be cheering on our favorite football teams.

For now, I'd like to share another quote from President Ronald Reagan:

Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children what it was once like in the United States where men were free.

  1. Excellent quote. I've been wondering (from the book I'm currently reading) if the US and other countries would rally as they did for WWII if WWIII would erupt.
