What inspires you?
Is it the beach?
What about clouds?
Maybe a sunset inspires you.
Is it a Bible verse?
"Now to Him who is able to do exceeding abundantly more than we can ask or imagine … be glory …” Ephesians 3:20-21
Merriam Webster defines inspiration like this:
a : a divine influence or action on a person believed to qualify him or her to receive and communicate sacred revelation
b : the action or power of moving the intellect or emotions
So to me the answer is yes. All of these things inspire me and so much more.
God inspires me through his Word, through this world he's given me to live in and through his people to create or act in a way to please Him.

I agree! You can find inspiration from several places. And yes, God's Word always inspires!
ReplyDeletePeople inspire me. I'll often see a person and I wonder about their story. Once I saw a really tall man on a Harley...and it turned into a book that an editor is looking at. =]

Art inspires me. And watching people. I love watching people and listening to their stories.

I wonder how many times God looks at us and thinks, why can't they see how much I love them?

I'm a bit ADD in the inspiration department! Everything inspires me and sparks blog fodder. Sometimes I have so many ideas for my daily blog it's hard to pick one. God blesses me with sites and sounds and feelings and smells everyday. And you are right. It's up to me to notice them, take them in and act on them. Nice post! Very "inspirational" ! Lol!
